Other Ingredients: Cellulose (plant origin), calcium carbonate, vegetable stearic acid, acacia gum, croscarmellose, silica, cellulose coating.

Directions: For adults, take both Herbal Formula and Fiber Formula together. Start with one (1) tablet of each during the morning and one (1) tablet of each in the evening. Increase intake of both products by one (1) tablet each morning and evening until desired results are achieved. Do not exceed six (6) tablets of either product daily. Take this product with at least 8 ounces of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take before bedtime. See warning. Fiber products can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice.

Warnings: Not for use by pregnant or nursing women. Avoid this product if you have allergies to ragweed, sunflowers or daisy-like flowers or any other allergies, or a history of kidney stones. Do not exceed recommended dose. Excessive intake may cause adverse reactions. Consult your doctor before use if you have, or have had, any health condition or if you are taking any medications or remedies including OTC medications, or are planning any medical procedure. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea and/or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you experience a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as gastrointestinal discomfort or any allergic reaction. This product is not recommended for long-term use. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

Warning: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
